At the end of this half term (24th May), Mrs Beales leaves the school to start her maternity leave. We will miss her, but we wish her all the best and look forward to meeting Baby Beales in due course. Meanwhile, Class 3 are being well looked after by Mrs Sergeant and Mrs Scott.
Tuesday 21 May is the last cookery session of this term. We have thoroughly enjoyed making some wonderful food, including Jambalaya, Toad in the Hole, shortbread, muffins and for the final week we will be having a bake off between two groups.
We look forward to cooking again next year with more groups of budding chefs. Mrs Grigg/Mrs Goodge
Mrs Grigg has recently started a tennis club during Wednesday lunchtimes. This is for all children in Classes 3 & 4 and caters for all abilities. We have fun practising techniques and playing little games.
RECEPTION ADMISSIONS FOR SEPTEMBER 2013
You should receive an email by Wednesday 17th April and letters are being sent out from the local authority first class on Tuesday 16th April to inform you of the school your child has been offered a place at for this coming September. We have been oversubscribed this year by quite a few, but have increased our intake to 16 pupils to try to accomodate as many pupils as possible.
